Artwork
All the artwork on this site is in very good condition. Occasionally, some mixed-media paintings will have surfaces and textural effects made by mixing incompatible materials.
All artworks are original, signed and dated. A signed certificate of originality
Frames
All the artwork on the site is sold unframed. It cuts down the cost of shipping and as framing is such a subjective and personal choice, this is left up to the purchaser.
Shipping Costs (Worldwide)
Shipping costs worldwide for most items are included in the prices listed on this site.
In cases where the artwork is large or heavy, the artwork description will ask the buyer to get in touch by email, to agree on the price and method. Very large items may need crating.
Shipping Times
I aim to dispatch artwork within 1-5 working days of your order. If, for any reason, there is a delay in shipping I will inform the buyer of the options. I use different services depending on the size and weight of the artwork. An expected shipping date will be provided following your order. I’ll also confirm when the item has shipped with estimated delivery times and any tracking numbers.
Returns
Under EU rules, a seller must repair, replace, or give you a full or partial refund if something you buy turns out to be faulty or doesn’t look or work as advertised.
If you receive an artwork that is damaged in shipping or looks significantly different to the advertised item, please contact me with full details within 14 days of receiving the artwork and I will refund you, minus my shipping costs, when the item is returned. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping the artwork back to me.
